My Life With Epilespy
Part
II

Then in January of '95 I started having this weird feeling in my head but I paid no attention to it. In February is the first time I had a different type of seizure that really scared me cause at the time I didn't know for sure if that is what is was.

Have you ever been electrocuted? I don't mean a little shock. I mean the type that holds you there. Well I have. Back in '93 I was filtering the grease tanks where I worked, and when I turned the machine on I was unaware that it had a short. But I found out real quick. It seemed like it took forever to shut that machine off but in reality it was only a matter of seconds. It threw me about 3 feet and I turned about 90 degrees. My sister laughed at me cause she said my eyebrows were standing straight up. I didn't think it was funny.

Ok, back to February of '95… I was having back problems so I had been sleeping on a heating pad. I woke up one night feeling like I was being electrocuted. So I picked the heating pad up and threw it across the room thinking that was the problem. Then I went back to sleep.

The next night it happened again only this time the heating pad was still across the room. This kept on for about 2 weeks. I was confused and scared. I didn't know what the heck was going on.
